Even if it runs on the PC, having more conditions without using flags would be HUGE.

Since you didn't specify a software package in general, your wish would be granted with iHouse. Unlimited condition variables and better macro capabilities are a major reason I now use this instead of AHP.

Homeseer is another (albeit more expensive) alternative.
