It there a way to view the current status of all flags with AHP?

Yes.
Go to: File--> Reports--> Status (or press F3) to load the Status report. There is a line in there for the Monitored Housecode Flag Status.

Problem I am having is that NONE of my reports open IE!!!
  The reports ARE generated and I can manually open them by double clicking on them from the AHP folder they are created in, but as of 3.310, they do NOT auto open.
  Any ideas?
