installing Video convertor under windows 7

Have 2 days trying to install va11a video convertor on my windows 7 home pro system.
No way not manual not auto. Tried everything I hava found on the internet.
Anybody can give a hand.

The VA11A is not compatible with Windows 7. There was a workaround that some users were able to make work with vista, but it doesn't work with 7.
You will need a VA12A - which is the newer version of the hardware.

Noam I bought the va12a converter thats also not working now I get the (Rundll32) error

What is the version number of your Vanguard software?
The latest  version, 3.316, was just released a few days ago.
It is available for download here:

As of 1:25 PM (eastern time) 3.316 is not in the Software Depository, It only shows 3.315.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

Maybe you need to refresh your page.
The "Vanguard Internet Control Center" software shows version 3.316 on my screen.
Perhaps you were looking at the "ActiveHome Pro" software - that is still at 3.315.
