Just noticed...when it freezes, if I X it out, the green icon light goes out also, but when I X it out while it's running fine, the green light stays on. Also when it's froze, the Ninja is still moving..hitting the 'on air' button brings it back up, like nothing happened.....seems like a bug.

This is useless....How can I get my money back or at least go back to my previous ActiveHome program setup  pre-ActivePhone Pro?........Preferably...... get it fixed.

Is there Tech support for issues like this?
Thanks Much,

How do I keep from posting a 'Poll'.....system forced me to....oddd

Also getting an x10 module crash sometimes....below.

What version were you running before you installed ActivePhonePro?

Unfortunately, not something I noticed or kept up with. Often tried--- Help---check for updates. But never found any.....always up to date. So my version, I assume, was at least 2 years old, last updated when I bought the IWatchOut. Perhaps there is something wrong with my original ActiveHome install ...that the updater isn't functioning. Is there a log file somewhere showing update history?

Well, the "Check for Updates" function has been broken (on the server end) for several years. Even with all the fixes and new features the new development team has implemented over the past year, that's one thing they haven't been able to fix yet.

You can find the latest version of AHP and the plugins here:
http://www.x10.com/support/support_soft1.htm

(you only need to run the AHP updater - it will update all the plugins you have installed at the same time).

You can check back every so often to see if there is a new version.
If you follow the forums, then you'll see a new thread in the "ActiveHome Pro General" forum.

Was unaware....Thanks for the heads-up on the broken updater.

Do yo know anything about rolling back to a previous version? Just to see if that will clear up my issue.
