Cannot download APPS

Saw several posts on this. But none of the posts had a coherent solution. Does anyone have a simple set of instructions to get Android APPS to load from Amazon and Android Market? Also the errors are the typical no phone number or no recognized device. This is for the 7" Airpad.

There is a post on my forum which mentions how to get market to work on a Airpad p 7 in.
I'm unsure if the process will work for you but it may be worth looking at.
I got it to work with my original AirPad which I had rooted to rom 004 which had market removed.
It envolves downloading 3 or 4 apps and installing them inorder with out opening them then rebooting the Airpad.

You won't have to worry about rooting (Should have stated flashing ) but you don't need to do that.

Links to unoffical x10 news about AirPads tend to get removed from this site. :(

I have to reiterate, what am I looking for, what am I searching for, what is the name of the file I should look at? I need simple description of where to look.

X10 News (hint) would be a good place to start looking! ;)
My forum hasn't been up that long nor have the AIRPADs been out that long that info is burried under pages of useless info.
Simply typing in market in the search box will lead you to the correct thread. ;)

AIRPAD X IS A RE-BRAND OF THE ZENITHINK ZT280-C91.  YOU CAN RE-FLASH THE FIRMWARE AT THE LATEST 2.3.4 VERSION OR EXPERIMENT WITH THE LATEST ICS BETA AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE THE GOOGLE APPS INCLUDING MARKET AVAILABLE TO YOU.

you can always change your screen resolution, or use the 'font size' feature  ;D
