adding more than one camera to network
« on: May 13, 2012, 12:37:24 PM »

Good day to all!
I am new to this  and having a problem adding more than one camera. I have four of the XX34A's and two of the XX36a's. I can get one to work wireless and when I try to add the second, It shuts the first one off. Ive got all my firewall settings off. I am on windows 7 using Internet Exployer. Any ideas?

If these are like most IP cameras I've seen, you need to bring them up on the default IP address and then go into their web interface and chance their IP to something non-default (different for each camera).  Otherwise, when you bring up a second one, they'll both be claiming the same IP address, which confuses the network.
