Hello friends.
I have a question about the Mini mc10a control.
The control works well enough, but I want to install on the nightstand of the bedroom and there does not work at all other outlets if, because.

Most likely a phase coupling problem or power line noise.

Most homes are wired split single phase. The power comes from the transformer on the street. Two Line wires and a Neutral. The voltage between either Line and Neutral is 120 volts and 240 volts between both lines. X10 signals have a hard time getting from one line connection to the other line. As it has to go all the way to the street through the transformer and back on the other line.
If you have a Electric Dryer or Stove. A brief test would be turn it On and see if dead outlets may work.

Also many electronic devices make noise on the power lines or absorb X10 signals and maybe things very unreliable.

You may need to do some X10 power line tests and get a coupler repeater for the breaker box. Many here find the JV Engineering XTB-IIR the best but the XPCR from X10Pro or is ACT units are OK.

Disconnect one device at a time until X10 starts working. The last device disconnected will be a source of interference.

Most of the devices you listed could be problems for X10, but I would think the cell phone charger could be a source of electrical noise for X10.

Test Result

1 tv online. lamps turned off but not
2 dvd off. Turn on and off normally

apparently these two devices are those that are ocacionando interference,
if I disconnect the DVD only the almparas not start.

if I unplug the TV off not only lamps

There is something for putting on the tv and dvd to prevent interference ocacionen ..

An X10 type power filter on them may help.
The X10Pro XPPF is one. It is rated at 5 amps but I would not push it too close to 5 amps.
The Smarthome FilterLinc is another one and is good for up to 10 amps.


One hint. Turning the DVD off but not unplugging it may not give an accurate test as it standby power is still running.

Just remember. If you filter the whole room.

I may not be reading your question correctly.
If you have the MC10A on the circuit being filtered by the XPF Filter. It will control X10 devices on that circuit only. The X10 signals will not pass through the filter to any other parts of the house. Also if the offending electronic devices are also on the same XPF isolated circuit. They also may still be a problem.
