can't DL software for AHP, Iwatch plugin OR iwatch Mobile

Hi,

Just bought this package from x10; 

Activehome Pro Software sw31a
Iwatch Plug In Software sw33a
Iwatch mobile Pro Plug In sw47a


Everything seems to have DL'd from their site EXCEPT when I try to do the registrations for these 3.  Then I get a message "can't find these registration numbers."  X10 has me in a loop, reinstalling, downloading the software over & over again.

I have Windows 7, and yes I have turned off my antivirus & firewalls.

You'll see these numbers on the order confirmation email that you received from x10.com so you'll enter these #s  as ########-1
######-2
######-3      And so on.

It is possible your registration numbers didn't get into the computers database.

I had to email X10 and they eventually got my registration codes into the database.

already entered those numbers several times to no avail.

As Brian stated the registration numbers most likely haven't been entered into the data base.
I also had the same issue with one of the plug-ins.
Email support and request they confirm your registration numbers are in the data base.

I also had the same issue. I emailed X10 and they updated the reg info into the system. This fixed my reg issue
