VA11A with multiple Applications??

Hi guys, is there a way for me to use VA11A with both iWitness and BlueIris at the same time? Currently I have to use on or the other to get the video to to display. I tried using ManyCam and SplitCam software to try to accomplish this, but that didn't work out. If this can be done can someone offer some suggestion?
