Airsight xx40A

Am i missing something or is it defective? I just receive my Cert. Like New AirSight xx40a and it was a breeze to set up but in the cams software how do you zoom. Yes i took out the foam protection inside the dome.

I press the center  on the PAN TILT controller but nothing happens.. The PAN TILT works just fine.

Might be defective, I got a re cert cam and it would not focus properly had to send it back for a replacement

UPDATE TO MY OP.

After going thru the manual line by line i found the zoom control from the diagram figure 4.1.

Note i was using firefox and FYI some items may not be available in firefox browser.. its best to use I.E.

DON'T BE LIKE ME..USE I.E.

BEST ADVICE.. READ THE MANUAL AND SET UP.. STEP BY STEP BY STEP EVEN IF YOU DONE IT BEFORE.

Excellent advice, unfortunately most folks just click the mouse, then ask for someone on the forum to read the instructions for them.
