whats the best way to wire the cameras

and should i use a drill bit slightly larger the the power cables

I must be missing something. The answers to the question(s) would seem to be obvious. Once the wireless camera is properly setup in your WiFi network, all it needs is 120V to the power adaptor. As for the drill bit question.....if you are lacing the power cable through a wall, etc. the hole must be large enough to get the power connector through. Camera models and point of the question might help produce a better answer.

I would second what dave w said.
Look at the cameras and see what connections it has.
Some of them look like they have a multiple cable adapter with a power, network, video and maybe sound connections. That you would have to take into consideration.

Since the OP posted in the wireless section, I assumed he was planning on wireless link for video. However you are absolutely right. Could be the OP question does not represent his intentions.

Even wireless. You still have the multiple headed cable sticking out of it on some models.
