Activephone not deleting old modules on phone.

If I make a change to a module whether it be a name change, house or number change or delete a module all together, the old modules show up on my phone making it very confusing to know which one is the active module. Is there an easy way to update my Activephone to match my Activehome setup? I just purchased all this and I,m new to X10 products. Everything works, just a mess on my phone of unused modules.
The help page says this........
"The module list is constantly updated by the connected ActiveHome PRO system. If a module name, power, or brightness changes, the list will update with this information in a few seconds. Modules can even be added and deleted and ActivePhone PRO will stay up to date."

It's not doing that.
