AHP, CM15A Receives signals, but won't send
« on: July 10, 2013, 09:41:59 AM »

Windows XP.  Latest version of AHP - registration code entered.  CM15A and older lamp or appliance module in same outlet.

All was working a couple of years ago before we moved.  After we moved, I installed all the modules and have been using them with remote controllers with no issues.  Decided to set up the CM15A with AHP.  When I use a remote to control any module (including the one plugged into the same outlet as the CM15A), AHP recognizes it and shows the module turning on/off.  But when I instruct AHP to turn a module on/off, nothing happens.

Am I missing something, or is my CM15A dead?

Thanks you any help you can give. B:(

What AHP version are you using?

Try checking in the Tools Tab
Hardware Configuration
Tranceived House Codes. Sometimes Automatic doesn't always work. You may want to specify the House Codes you are using. I personally have all 16 house Codes Checked.

Also if the Lamp Modules are older before soft start. Define them from the Older Lamps (No Soft Start) menu and not the Lamps Module menu.
