New Users accounts

Currently the forum can't email verifications (throws an error)
So I'm going through the new registered users and verifying them It may take a few days to get verified.
In order to keep spam under control this appears to be the only solution for now.
Note: No email notification will be sent out as there isn't a new x10 mail address for the forums yet.

Most of the forum emailing options are back in working order.
Post notification is and it looks like email verification is now working again.
