Airsight Cameras no longer can be changed to wireless
« on: December 21, 2014, 06:29:57 PM »

I have several XX34A and XX36A cameras. Electricity went out.  I can log onto only a few of my cameras now.  I only use my PC with Windows 7.  When I try to log on I get the message IE has stopped working.  When I can log on to a camera with IP Camera Tool, when I get to the IP cam viewer, I get a live picture but when I hit the network button to be able to select the wireless section, it comes up with message: "loading...please do later" then it shows the basic network configuration and won't do anything else.  It appears that I am not being able to access the administrative functions.  I can move the camera, record, change brightness, etc. Any advice would be appreciated.
