wifi hub not working

I recently purchased the wifi hub and installed it but nothing happens
the light does change when a command is sent but the lights stay on
i moved the hub to another outlet and same result
calling x10 was a waste of time as usual
thinking its time to return and buy a new system

So your able to connect via the App and the green light appears in bottom right corner of the app?
We need more info to help trouble shoot. What does your setup consist of?
You realy should to come to the forum here for help first then you can tell them what was suggested on the forum fails and request a RMA
