Wireless camera receiver to RCA output

Updating a few older Cameras. Just purchased new X10 Linked outdoors; any one know if there is such a thing as a wireless receiver to RCA output device I can purchase to monitor with existing,  in-house system? Just curious; I know I can use other things like smart phone, etc. to monitor. Thanks

The link cameras are cloud cameras there is no way to view localy without a internet connection.
The best option would be to use the Airsight cameras as they have several connection options.
