Cannot enter SSID and password in the app to setup WM100

I have been using the X10 Hub without problem for years.
Now, I had to replace my internet router.
As per instructions, I made sure to:
- separate the 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz network bands on the router
- name the 2.4 Ghz network with same SSID as before
- made sure SSID names are broadcasted

Yet the X10 Hub will not connect to it. I opted to start fresh:
- soft and hard reset of X10 hub
- restart of router
- reboot of iPhone

Using the app I did:
- "Reset to factory settings", and Confirm
- "Setup a new X10 WiFi Hub"
- Scan the QR code on the back of the hub

I then get the screen to enter the SSID and password for the network connection
BUT IMMEDIATELY the screen is covered by a TIP window that reads:

"X10 WiFi needs to get your location information, so that the App can know WiFi's SSID"

Pressing OK clears that window BUT AT THE SAME TIME the "Enter your WIFi Information" screen disappears as well !!!

So I cannot setup the network settings for the Hub.
Repeated all above steps 5 times or more...

How do I get to connect my HUb again to my home network WiFi ??

OK SOLVED !!!

It required to reset on my iPhone the right for the X10 App to have access to my geographical location...
Does this mean I should now expect visitors?  :-)

Now works like before. Just have to redefine 15-20 devices   ::)

I have the same problem.  I reset everything and it will not let me scan the code anymore. 
Re-installed the app on iPhone and still the same thing.

X10 servers are offline. You'll have to wait for them to be fixed.
