my remotes toggle the on screen switches
but no light or lamps come on , when i use
the mouse to toggle switches it works
fine ......HELP ......

Are you using the CM15A for RF only?  Do
you have another transceiver as well?  If
so, then try without the other transceiver
to see if that helps.

Also, maybe try rebooting your CM15A.
Unplug, and remove the batteries for a few
minutes.  Then plug it back in, and reload
timers/macros.

I just bought this X10 junk. Once again I
should not waste my Time and Money with
X10. I too have the same problem. I will
work but only if I plug in my TM751. The
new "PRO " CM15A is not Xmit on to the
power line. PRO JUNK

Dave; Did you enable the house code to be
tranceived? The software defaults to NONE!
That means you see the toggle on the screen
but no action on the modules.
