After opening the User Configuration window
and entering the proper data, I can't move
the window to click on the X to close nor the
buttons at the bottom.  Anyone know how to
close this window, or shrink the size of the
window?

What size do you have your screen set at?
This window should be movable, but check to
make sure you don't have a warning message or
other notification box on the taskbar that's
waiting to be closed -- that can get in the
way of using the User Configuration or any
other configuration box.
