Hardware not connected error

I recieved my email with the
link/user/password and I am able to connect
to the MyHouse X10 server. ActiveHome Pro is
up and running on my home computer. I opened
port 80 and 8001 as required. Although I
seem to be connected in the MyHouse status
screen I don't see any of my rooms that I
have configured at home. I see an icon with
a red circle/line through it that says
hardware not connected in the lower left
corner; could that be the problem? My CM15A
is connected and working fine. I don't have
any video connected yet I just want to
control and check the status of my X10
