Install fails with a proxy server that requires authentication

I tried to install the latest version of
AHP. It was not possible since my Proxy
server requires authentication.. I disabled
the Proxy server. Now the install failed
because the Microsoft ISA server did not
allow access to the URL. Your Internet
install must be non standard in some way.
How do I configure the ISA server to allow
your installer to run?
