RR501 polling still broken in AHP 3.174

Per the release notes, AHP 3.174 is supposed
to have corrected the polling for the RR501,
but it hasn't.

AHP is still sending the Extended Status
Request (to which the RR501 isn't designed to
respond) instead of the standard Status
Request.

This is verified both by AHP's Activity
Monitor and by a CM11A monitor on another PC.

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.

You are right, it did not make it in. It will
be in AHP 3.175
