I just sent this email to support, but if
someone here can help me quickly, great!
My new CM15A ActiveHome Pro arrived today,
but I never received an email with download
instructions for the software. So I've had
to do the following today:
1) Have the spam blocking filters at my ISP
changed for my account so I could receive
email from x10.com.
2) Use your online chat system and have
someone resend the email.
3) Wait for the email to arrive.
4) Download the software.
5) Install the software.
And now the software is asking me for a
"Registration Code." There is no mention of
a registration code on my written invoice, in
the download instructions email, or on the
download web page.
This has made me a very frustrated customer.
I want to get this working now.
So I tried calling tech support on the phone.
I have it on my speaker phone right now.
you're "experiencing longer than normal wait
times." Perhaps your corporate folks think
Christmas music is soothing. I suppose it is
for some, and I find it tolerable from about
December 23 through the 25th. But today is
December 29. Having religious Christmas
music coming out of my speakerphone is
extremely annoying... to the point that I
just hung-up.
So please, what do I enter as my
"Registration Code?" And if you're sending
it by email, please send it to all of the
following so I have some hope of it not being
blocked:
