Activity Monitor Logging
« on: March 26, 2005, 09:29:04 AM »

While debugging an AHP module status display
issue I discovered the following Activity
Monitor peculiarities (or bugs?):

1) Macros triggered from the AHP interface
are not captured as macro events, e.g.

RF Triggered:
0 7:57:26am Receive RF E8 On
1 7:57:26am Receive E8 (Test)
2 7:57:27am Receive E On (Test)
3 7:57:31am Macro A2 (Light)
4 7:57:31am Macro A Bright 100(Light)

Mouse Click Triggered:
0 8:10:50am Transmit A2 (Light)
1 8:10:50am Transmit A On (Light)

(Interestingly, the ON command is shown
differently for each trigger method).

2) Timer triggered events are displayed as
macro events.

3) In the Activity Monitor the View
(filtering) option does not allow you to
just see the Macro or RF events. The
Transmit and/or Receive options have to be
selected as well.

I found taht my Activity monitor is no
longer logging timers run from the CM15A. It
only seems to be logging "manual" commands
(those I click in the interface, or use a
handheld remote, etc).

The activity monitor no longer monitors PLC
if downloaded to the interface.  I think
this is a bug.

X10 -
Is this going to be one of the "fast" fixes
that take a day or so, or one that takes a
few weeks to get fixed?
