Is my Ninja Broken?
« on: May 21, 2005, 03:38:10 PM »

I have one Ninja.  The camera is not
connected (i.e.--I have a Anaconda wired
mounted to the top -- and the anaconda does
not take power from the ninja).

I have no other ninjas, when I power on, it
starts to drift.  I press LEFT and it stops
but does not pan left, when I let go, it
keeps panning right and parks itself at the
rightmost position.

I DO NOT NEED A TRANCEIVER for one camera
roght?  The pan/tilt remote must be
communicating wirelessly with the Ninja?
What frequency?

I have the power supply on the Ninja set to
P13, I did the flip to PROGRAM, hit C4, flip
back to normal to tell the remote that C1 is
P13.  What is wrong?  How do I trouble shoot?

It sounds like your Ninja just needs to
find his center again.  Ask him to close
his eyes and tell you if he can hear the
grasshopper at his feet.  Only when he can
grab the pebble out of your hand will he be
a true ninja.
