MultiView Snapshots In My Images are not viewable

Files and subfolders are being created in the
My Images folder. The files have no file
extension and the file size is zero.

"Help" in Multiview says it is a jpg file
viewable in paint type programs. I am unable
to open it as is or even by adding the
missing .jpg extension.

What's wrong?

Hey George Bell --
If you're in Noblesville, it would be a lot
easier for me to just come over and fix
this for you than try to splain it to you.

Me puede alguien ayudar con el software,
multiviews,   no puedo ver nada a traves de
internet...
