A couple of months ago I purchased the Home
Automation, IWittnes combo. It all worked
except for the usb interface, the symtom I
had that it was fine for about 5 minutes
then the computers window for the camera
went blank. I confirmed the output of the
receiver directly to a tv and it was fine.
I tried reloading the software drivers many
times but the problem never went away,
sometimes it got worse. Tech support really
thought I had not installed the software
drivers correctly but helped me out by
sending a new interface just in case which
fixed the problem immediately. I wanted to
share this solution in case someone else
was having the same problem.
