AHP: Dawn & Dusk time ranges

Has anyone else notice the 1 day overlap
for the dawn and dusk ranges?

e.g. I have the following ranges in my list:

Date          Dawn    Dusk
10/23-10/31   07:54   18:39
10/31-11/08   07:01   17:33

So when is dusk for me on Halloween (10/31)?
Has anyone checked this out?
