Dual Flood Outdoor Motion Monitor

I purchased a set of the dual flood lights
(without camera). The product works great,
however, I noticed if the lights are on and
the power is turned off before the lights
turned off, the lights will stay on when the
power is back. The area I lived has pretty
strong wind during spring time. We have
power outage a lot. A lot of times, I woke
up in the morning, I found out the lihgts
are on for probably the whole night. Does
anybody how to fix the problem? Thanks.

I have programed a macro in my active home
interface to  turn the lights off each hour
throught the day and night.
