Can the Floodcam be "Soft" wired?
« on: July 05, 2005, 05:30:38 PM »

I have a floodcam. Directions say  to hard-
wire it into the house electrical system.
However, I have a situation where it would
be much more useful to soft-wire the
floodcam (onto an extension cord, for
example) and plug it directly into a wall
outlet. Has anyone done this? Can it be
done? Does it cause problems?

Yes,  it will work on an extension type
cord,  connect it per the instructions as if
it was to the house wiring.
