when viewing the onscreen switches .I use
the mouse to toggle the switches on and off
and it works fine, then the remotes ,they
toggle the onscreen switches but lights
don`t come on or off ...... ?

I got a similar problem. You can try this (Go
to hardware interface configuration and
verify house code and also select auto.
Update interface and download to the computer
interface). My problem with the remotes is
that they only have a limited range ( 8 to 12
feet)

Yup as mentioned. AHP defaults to NO House
Codes tranceived. That causes the most asked
question here. My switces show on the screen
but don't toggle!

My question is almost identical to the one
posted earlier. I can control my light
switch from the AHP interface and it works
fine. However, when turning the specific
module on or off from the remote, the
switch on AHP toggles but the dimmer slider
does not go to 100% or 0% and therefore the
light does not turn on or off. The module
responds to all on and all off just fine. I
have enabled the hose code under hardware
configuration. This is a 3 way switch
installation RWS17 and 2 WS14A's.
