XPS3 Turns on not off, what's UP

Noticed others having this problem with other modules, but I have not seen one related to an XPS3 20A wall relay switch.  Problem is switch will turn on via remote code, but not off.  Can be manually turned on and off at the switch "rocker", but code only turns the module on.  Module is about 4 days old, and was working fine, now can't turn the light out with remote codes.  I put this in to control a ceiling fluorescent light.  Any Ideas out there?

I just answered this question at Unit will respond to on command, but not off comand.
