AHP - How to send signals to other phase?

AHP newbie here,
I read somewhere about using AHP to send signals to the other phase, could someone point out a link to this info?
This could be an easy way to make things work.
(I've ordered a 0.1uF, 600VDC capacitor and an 18uH inductor, but they're not here yet.)
