OK , I"m stumped.Please help?

I loaded Active Home Pro.fine , I loaded Iwitness fine & I even installed the CM15A driver ok after a few shots ,but now when I open Active Home Pro it says it cant find my CM15A Interface . I started with two cameras both XX11A's and when you go under "TOOLS" and then "Find Other Tools" it shows their codes being used . What am I doing wrong.It even tells me it cant find it.
Please help!

Try disconnecting the USB Cable. Unplug the cm15a. Remove the batteries. Wait a few minutes. Reinstall the batteries. Plug it back in. Reconnect the USB and then try to redownload all you timers etc again.

I have done all of that except redownloading Timers (I"ll try that next  ;) )But there is somthing I must add into this problem. I can controll Appliance modules with it .

Did you establish all your modules correctly?  Lamp Modules must be established as Lamp Modules, Appliance Modules can't be dimmed, Lamp Modules can.

Ok , eveythings been done like you have suggested and I have even added a light switch but I still cant get it to connect nor can I get the cameras to work , The light switch can dim,brighten and turn off but it will not come on although it some how turned on in the middle of the night . Can any of this be because its pluged into a 1.1 USB not a 2.0 USB ?
