Iwitness Remote Access Error
« on: August 27, 2006, 10:33:45 PM »

Every time i try to access my cameras from a remote location with the Iwitness plug in installed,AHP crashes an i am frustrated and in lassitude. because i have spent days trying to resolve this issue. It displayed an error message saying that" IP Address could not be found so AHP must shut down," or something like that. I hate when x10 sells inadequate products in a dilapidated state, i am ambiguous and optimistic , but if they persist in this course of action this will be my final product that i purchase from them, they just cost me money and guarantee lassitude on my part, x10 is being erring and they are feigning to be a ligament company! If anyone can help, please respond!

There are a number of things which could be your problem ::)
[li] Firewall settings[/li]
[li]router settings[/li]: usually a setting like port forwarding, Mine had so extra filters I had to disable.
[li] old windows files[/li]:  you'll need to do some digging to fix this!

Are you using My house online? ???
If so this please state that as the problem not iWitness and more suggestions can be supplied! ;)

"Something like that" be specific and exact it helps! Did you click on the extra info for the error? it tells you what to look into (to some degree) ;)
