RCS TXB16

Has anyone used ActiveHome Pro with a RCS TXB16?  I was trying to figure out the best way to get mine working with AHP.  I have two of them (with different addresses).  Since there isn't a plug in for these will there be one or what plug in should be used?

The RCS TXB16 requires old-style Preset commands for both programming and reading.  AHP unfortunately supports neither sending nor receiving (in usable form) these commands.

Could a plug-in be written?  Probably. 
Will it be written?  Who knows.
