RF Code being Recieved, however not sent...

Hey guys,

I have a AHP setup with the new USB adapter.  I recently have been having problems with the unit sending commands out to units if the command has been sent over RF.  I hit the code on the wireless keypad and I see it is recieved on the Activity monitor, however it does not send the command to the unit to actually turn on or off over the powerline.

However if I put in my old RF reciever, I can then control the unit...

Any ideas?

In Hardware Configuration. Transceived House Codes tab. Check to see if the House Code or Codes you are using are set to be tranceived. If not the RF commands will not be sent over the powerlines.

As a side note to Brian Hs responce you may have to select "Specific"  instead of "Auto"  when selecting your transceived house codes as some times the settings don't stick when placed in auto!

I Checked the configuration settings before posting since I had read the massive amount of info in the FAQ.  I did have a transcieved house code (M) as well as my monitored house code (M) checked.

Can you control the units by manually clicking them on & off in AHP?

When you try your old transceiver, are you placing it in the same outlet that the CM15A was in?

You could have a noise / signal sucker on the electrical circuit the CM15A is on.

I can control all of the units manually in AHP.  When I use the old transciever, I place it in the outlet that the CM15A is in, as well as alternate outlets on different circuits.

Have you cleared your interface memory and re-downloaded your AHX file?

Also, you may want to try the old CM15A reset ritual.
