Good luck US Superior Marketing. Either
you are just blowing noise, stupid, or you
never got screwed by a company for a few
thousand dollars. What are you going to
do? Go to small claims court?
Arbitration? Mediation? You are going to
spend much more money than X10 took from
you. X10 obviously lives by the motto: "so
sue me", and "buyer beware".
This is the first time I have seen any
formal response from X10 on these forums.
Normally they have their reps hover under
changing aliases. If X10 had any interest
in resolving customer relations issues,
they would formally reply to the postings
here on these forums. They are cowards and
crooks!
And for those of you who rant on and on
about how you bought lots of x10 product
and haven't had any problems, so no body
else could conceivable have any problems?
Are you smoking goof weed? That reaks to
high heaven of an x10 rep.
And the arguement that "It is cheap, so
stop complaining" is terrible. When a
company says a product will perform to
certain specs, then the customer has the
right to expect a product to live up to the
specs...weather it is cheap or expensive.
Your reps should stop and listen to what
they are saying. They contradict
themselves all the time. Insisting they
have nothing to do with x10, then in other
posts saying "we have sold thousands of
that product"? Give me a break. X10
thinks we are all stupid!
