Finally decided to stay on hold and talk to support. I waited just shy of an hour. But they were helpful and listened to everything you all had me try. They determined the cm15a is bad and issued me an RMA. So off it goes and I wait. With the holidays I probably won't see it until next year, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help, I appreciate it.

Where are you located?
There may be a forum member near you willing to lend you a "spare" unit until your replacement arrives.

Wow, what a generous offer but not necessary. I can wait. I tracked it and its scheduled to arrive at X10 tomorrow. So hopefully they send the replacement out by Friday and I should have it mid week. Unless they send it with that Fedex to USPS crap way, then it might be by next Friday or most likely the following Monday.

Anyway, I'm located in Southern Indiana just outside Evansville.

Yippee! My replacement cm15a should be here when I get home tonight. Tracking shows it out for delivery a whole day early!  :)%

Then I guess, as long as the replacement works, I'll be back in here with a ton of questions setting things up. But I promise to use the search function first... :'
