When I try to run the AHP wizard it gets to the timer portion and the program shuts down.  The manual commands work, but not the timer mode.  I am running Windows 7.  Any suggestions?

Noam

What version of AHP are you using?
What plugins (if any) do you have installed?

Deanch

I am using version 3.306.  I don't understand the plug in question.
Thanks. :-\

Add ons like Smart Macros My Garage etc.

When you start AHP there is a screen showing them and any that are installed. Grayed out ones are not installed but you can purchase them if you desire. Many AHP packages come with some included.
The about tab will also give you the screen again.

I am not using any of the plug ins

Do you have any .ahx files from an earlier version of AHP?   I also don't know what you mean by "AHP Wizard".
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

Brian H

Are you talking about the "Intro Wizard"?

Deanch

Yes the intro wizard in the AHP help Menu.

The Intro Wizard seems to still have problems. That where reported even with older versions of AHP.

I just tired both a CM15A and the CM19A with TM751 combinations with AHP 3.306.
Both crashed at the Timer Introduction start up part of the demonstration.

So then I tried to bypass the 'Timed Events' part and picked from the left menu pane 'Macros'. It also crashed there.
The remainder of the left menu choices did work OK with my CM15A as it was still connected from my earlier test.
So it is probably not you, but a bug in AHP.

Deanch

okay that may explain that.  Now how come my timers don't turn on the lamps? Any help there?
Thanks

Brian H

Are you using the CM15A or the CM19A with TM751 interface?

Are the timers being run from the computer or stored in the CM15A? CM19A can't store timers.

Are the Lamp Modules soft start? Where they ramp on and off at around a two second interval.

Deanch

I am using TM751, CM19A and lamp module PLM03 which I assume are not soft start.

Did you check to see if they ramp on and off (or read the instructions)??

PLM03 is soft start and resume dim.
dave w gave you the users manual link.

You may want to pick the LM465 from the lamp module section and see if it makes a difference.

Deanch

I am now using the HC10LM Lamp module and the timers still do not work.  I know I am a newbee but is this program that difficult to master?
