The X10 has a device for hotel?
I need the lights and turn off air conditioning the room when the client locked the door.

The easiest answer is NO and "well maybe".

Yes X10 can control lights and 220V 20 amp appliances with simple plug-in modules, but X10 has communication reliability problems, so may not be a good choice for hotel remote control, depending on how big the hotel is and how electrically noisy it is. Electrical noise and phase coupling are problems for the X10 signal.

Suggest you read the X10 troubleshooting tutorial to get a picture of possible problems. Then you could purchase a X10 "test kit" to see what kind of problems you can expect.

I should know the functioning of the x10 and the hotel works with 110v. I need a mechanism to close the door to send a command to turn off modules x10.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I understood the hotel is 120V for outlets and lights. The 220V module was for a room HVAC unit.
Now you need a mechanism to close the door?

Sounds like you should use occupancy sensors.

Does the reader have a output that can trigger an X10 module to send a signal?

Have a software developer build a daemon that polls the database of checked out rooms and runs commands on any state changes.
