Hello everyone!

AH I use for several years without problems, but recently impossible to keep the end date to 31/12.

It always returns to 01/01, even after registering.

The support service has given me a lot to do, but without success.

Windows 8.1
AH 3318

Thank you in advance.

PS I control all the modules manually, but nothing with programming.

Whether 31/12 or 12/31 is the same.

I am in Canada and we write the day and year.

Either ways the problem is not in the ways of writing the date, c, is that all modules have the date 01/01 as the start and end date. So nothing works with programming.

I'm also in Canada. ;)
I have no problem with my Start and end date for the timers taking.
this is on a win 7 64 bit machine .
However I'll check a win8 machine shortly is yours 64 or 32 bit?

I use Windows 8.1 / 64 bit machine.

I control all module manualy but no programation run with CM15A.

Look this print screen, it's impossible to change de line : January 1 to January 1 (New Holliday)

I know I sound stupid if I did not get to change the date, I use the software for over 10 years, I know well what to do with.

There is a "bug" or other software that conflicts with or simply the windows 8.1 .......!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There probably has someone here in the community that already meet a similar problem!?!

Thank you ...

My windows 8.1 64 bit and AHP 3.318 displays and saves dates you show.

Show 01 January to 01 January ???

In that case, why the program does not work?

I can control all the modules manually with the remote, but no program is running.

I think your issue may be with the holiday settings.
I never had a "New Holiday" field until I created it.
You can do that or edit it in tools/preferences, scroll down to use holidays then click edit
scroll down to new holiday and then click it, you can then change the start and end dates there.
Alternately in your timer you can change the holiday box to be blank.
Hope that helps.

Hello!

I still did not solve my problem.

Each module works very well with the remote but the programming is still not working.

Is a smart meter can cause this problem?

I am still unable to change the date is still 01/01 to 01/01 ...

A smart meter can cause issues with signals there is a thread dedicated to this.
Search the forum for smartmeter.

In order to change your start end dates the holiday selection needs to be blank as shown in the attached screen shot I posted earlier.
If it says anything even "New Holiday you can't change the dates from the timer creation screen.
If you wish to create a new holiday that is done in tools/preferences see attached.
You can change the dates for any holiday and or create new ones with start stop dates.

It's unlikely that a smart meter is at fault here as they tend to disrupt all powerline activity. However, the relay in RF Transceivers (e.g. TM751) operates via RF and is independent of the powerline.

I'm having the same issue. I can change the date but when I select something else on the timer screen it goes back to Start Date 01/01 to End Date 01/01. The only timer that will work is if I choose "Daily" then no date is added on the end of the line and the timer will work every day of the week.

I never noticed this issue on 8.1 however I have started to notice it on 10
I'll test out the other PCs which I've upgraded and see if it appears on them as well. ::) :'

2 of 4 PCs I've updated to 10 have this behaviour. ??? ::) :'
All are 64 bit however I have 2 yet to test which are 32 bit.
I'm thinking this may be a read write permission issue with Windows more then a problem with AHP
Starting in Windows 7 Microsoft added read write permission requirements to the program files folder.
This affects many older programs which needed the permissions.
The two PCs that don't seem to have this issue were new PCs that I edited the permissions in the prior Windows version

If you switch to simple timers then select daily it will remove the January to January setting once that is done you can select week days or weekend and the January to January won't be there.

Thanks for the reply. I 've switched to "Simple Timer Layout" and rearanged my timers with "Daily", "Weekends" and "Weekdays". This should work.
