WM100 dead in the water
« on: March 08, 2018, 03:15:36 AM »

Received my WM100 WiFi module just 30 minutes ago. Initial setup went fine until I decided to move the module to a more convenient  outlet. When I plugged it in there was no blue light at all. Appears to not power up. Tried a hard reset but guessing since there is no blue light and thus likely no power to it it ain't gonna reset. It's not the outlet as I tried it in several. Any thoughts appreciated...... Gary

Unplug it and let it sit for a while then plug it back in.
If it still fails to power up call customer service Authinx  will send you and new one and a RMA for the old one so they can see what went wrong.

Been meaning to mention that within 30 minutes of contacting customer support I had an email with a tracking number for a new WM100  :)%. For what it's worth..... after sitting unplugged I plugged it in the next day and it did power up once again. Got the new module in short order and all is well.
