Strange problem wit WM100

Strange problem with my WM100
I use a New wall lamp module with code M1 My program is

16H lamp M1 at 22/24 light It works
17H30 M1 at 0 it works
18H15 M1 set a 22/24 BUT the WM100 is at very low around 10/24 and impossible to correct with the samsung tablet
19H M1 Set at 70% and it works fine

Can somebody ex[laim why the order of 18H15 is not working

Try changing "17H30 M1 at 0 it works" from 0 to OFF.

Originaly it was 0 OFF , I place 1 in the bar of luminace and that dont work more

What is the model of the module?
Appliance or Dimmer?
If it is a dimmer. Is it before Soft  Start or Soft Start?
