Activating plugins for active home pro

My old Windows 7 pc that had active home pro and smart macros registered died after 12 years. I was able to successfully install active home pro on my windows 10 64 bit pcs but lost smart macros. I've read several threads in this forum about using life jacket to re-enable them but can't find the down load link. Can anyone help?
