WS467 dims and turns off but not on...

I have a wall switch that turns on and off
locally just fine, and responds to the OFF
and dimmer commands from AHP.  The switch
operates a standard 100w incandescant bulb.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried reversing the two switch wire
connections? Sometimes that helps.
