??? Guess what message I got when installing my onalert module.  No, really....guess.

Thanks to the info here, I found out that tech support is not open 24x; the tn# is 1-800-675-3044 (cool, someone still has a toll-free service number!)

Everything else is cool; kinda get freaked a little by all the bugs posted, but the comment re: 'automation is not a perfect science' was on the nose.

Not emailing the correct version of a software program for months?  Simply Dilbertian.

Is there anyone who could email me a copy of the link to the file to resolve this problem?  I really would like to wrap this up today (Sunday) instead of having to wait for tech support to return manana.

GalacTek

If anyone has the newer exe, which seems to not be on there website can you please send to shawn (at) galactek.com
I just purchased today, get the new server error and then I read the posts and see this is a long time issue.

Good grief..I can't believe that this problem still continues. I ordered the USB controller with software and all plugins on a special last night. I already have the controller and AHP software but just wanted the Security program basically. I thought it was because my main AHP software was old. I tried for a couple of hours trying to completely uninstall the software by using special uninstall programs, cleaning the registry manually etc, but my original registration info would not go away. I now see that this is just an obnoxious problem. I mean if they send you a download link why on earth would it be an old one?! I emailed tech support so we will see how long. I am sure they would have a much easier time if they put a correct link in the email.
I hope this program somewhat works. I have a bunch of X-10 sensors that I am not using right now mainly because of the lack of integration. I hope to now get some use out of the stuff.

what is the link for the download

EVERYBODY!!!

Send a PM to mmallari (find his posts and click on his name, his info will appear and you can PM him).  Hopefully, if all of you do it, he will look into the problem.

This has been going on for too long.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

Dan>My thoughts exactly!  As a matter of fact, I did just that yesterday (01/19/2007).  To wit:

Not my place to poke my nose in, but this is truely rediculous.

I got a reply the next business day with the right software, so that was ok, but you would think it would be easier to fix the problem then to have to mail everybody the correct version.
