Hi Brobin/Juiceman

Hope everyone is doing well.

Well after 5 years using Smartenit P2 working very nicely. Seems the company has shuttered, so back to square 1.

Any recommendations for my old x10 switches, not cloud based to avoid this happening again and Alexa controlled.

Yes seems like they closed. Last time I was able to use it was this past Sunday night. No warning or anything,  called all their numbers no answer.

Hello everybody.
Yesterday my Smartenit harmony p2 stopped responding to Alexa. I tried everything but I could not log into it. So I decided to start all over. Deleted the app. Downloaded the app. Try to login many time.Always got message to try latter. Tried to setup a new account. Same sort of response.
So decided to contact Smartenit support few times. Always went on answering machine. Then I tried to contact, administration, then sales. Always machine says leave a message will call you as soon possible. Tried talking to operator. No answer.
I am beginning to believe that company is out of man power or out of business. Either way I am stuck with devices the don’t work with Alexa.
Can any one of you help me resolve the issue. Would greatly appreciate your help.

Server is down since last night. App and Alexa Skill not working.  They usually get it back up within a day or two.  I've sent emails to the owner and left phone messages this morning.

The problem isn't with Alexa or your Harmony... server is down.
Call 949.429.3303 and report. The more complaints the faster it'll be fixed!

I've since installed about 10 of the Yolink water leak detection/shutoff kits. Really quite slick. Just install a shutoff in main water line, easily attach the Yolink valve controller and hook up battery pack or connect to household power, link leak detectors and and load all in the app. It does require the hub, which is connected to house power, but valve controller still functions with battery backup in a power outage when it receives a signal from a leak detector.

App alerts to leak and automatically closes water shutoff valve. You can also manually open/close valve for vacation, etc.

Alexa not finding Smartenit, requests enabling skill.
Disabled skill
Try to re enable skill but Alexa says 'Unable to link skill at this time'
Smartenit server ?
Can't log into the app on phone, times out and desktop says invalid password
